What you Need:

• 1 ½ pounds lean ground meat (80/20)
• 1 ½ pounds mild Italian sausage
• ½ cup Parmesan cheese
• 2 large slightly beaten eggs
• 4 tablespoons minced garlic
• 2 teaspoons dried parsley
• 4 teaspoons dried oregano
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 2 teaspoons black pepper
• 1 cup whole milk
• 1 cup or less breadcrumbs (use only enough to absorb moisture)
• 1 12 oz jar chili sauce
• 1 18 oz jar sweet orange marmalade OR 1/4 cup of orange juice
• 1 14 oz can of whole berry cranberry sauce
• 2 boxes of puff pastry, thawed
