  • 1 1/2 - 2 pound flank steak Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Veggie Filling:

  • 1 carrot
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 small zucchini squash
  • 6 green onions
  • 2 gloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Balsamic Glaze:

  • 2 tsp butter
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped shallots
  • 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup beef broth Green onion (to garnish)
