What you Need:
Thin boneless rib eye steaks (1/3 to 1/2 inch thick)
Your favorite ground sausage
Thinly sliced ham
BEAST Impalerz Skewers

Salsa Verde Recipe:
4 anchovy fillets & oil
2 tbsp capers
2 garlic cloves
1 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 cup of fresh parsley, leaves only
1 cup of fresh basil leaves
Salt and pepper
