Pepperoni Pizza On The Grill

What’s better than homemade pepperoni pizza? Homemade pepperoni pizza that’s cooked on the grill!  It’s infused with light smokiness, and the flavors are elevated to perfection.  The Grill Beast is firing up the grill and showing you just how it’s done. Ingredients - Homemade Pizza Dough:

  • 3 1/2 cups of bread flour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 pack Fleischmann's active dry yeast
  • 1 1/2 cups water (110 degrees)
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil


  1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl
  2. Add water and mix in
  3. Add olive oil
  4. Mix all together
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit to rise for about 1 hour

Ingredients - Pizza:

  • Homemade pizza dough
  • Marinara sauce of your choice
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Pepperonis (or whatever toppings you wish)
  • Corn meal


  1. Roll out dough for pizza into circular shape
  2. Cover pizza peel in corn meal to keep dough from sticking
  3. Place dough on pizza peel
  4. Cover dough in sauce of your choice
  5. Add mozzarella cheese
  6. Top with pepperonis and whatever toppings you choose
  7. Heat your grill to high heat
  8. Place pizza on grill on pizza stone
  9. Cook time depends on the type of grill you're using (usually between 5-15 minutes)
