Sriracha Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients (Marinade):

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1-2 limes, juiced
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt & pepper

Ingredients (Sriracha Slaw):

  • 1/2 red cabbage
  • 2 tbsp red onion, minced
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped


Preheat the grill to medium high heat.

Place the shrimp in a large resealable bag or a large bowl.  Mix olive oil, garlic, 2 tablespoons lime juice, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until well mixed. Pour half of the marinade over the shrimp and marinate in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Pour the reserved marinade in a small saucepan and warm over low heat. (You can do this on the grill!)
