Crown Royal is the star of the show in this Grilled Whiskey Hot Wing Recipe! A kick of heat. A little bit of sweet.   With a few easy ingredients, a skillet and your Beast Armor, you’ll have grilled wings so flavorful you might need your mama around to tell you to stop sucking your fingers!

  • 15 chicken wings
  • 2 Shots Crown Royal (give yourself a shot, too .. you deserve it!)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp butter

  1. Tip and split the wings (optional). Rub them down with some olive oil and your favorite rub or seasoning. Let them marinate for a bit.
  2. Place your wings over indirect heat on your grill.
  3. While your wings are grilling, mix the whiskey, brown sugar, white vinegar, ketchup, cayenne pepper, honey, garlic powder and butter together in skillet. Place over medium heat to melt the butter a bit.
  4. Once butter is melted, whisk the mixture together and place back over the medium heat until it begins to simmer. Remove from heat and set aside.
  5. Once your wings are cooked, remove them from the grill and put them into your hot sauce in the saucepan. Mix them into your hot sauce and place the skillet back on the grill for about 15 minutes.
  6. Remove your wings from the sauce and char them up on the grill for just a few minutes to finish them off (not too long or they'll burn!) and ENJOY!
